Who We Are

GameFyre.net is just a group of old computer geeks - we've been around since the "dark ages" of computing. Most of us remember the start of the 'computer gaming industry". We've played "Rogue" on mainframe systems. Heck, we're old enough to remember what MAINFRAME systems ARE! We grew up in the era of the command line - in the days before Microsoft and Apple owned the world. Now we've taken it on ourselves to try and preserve a small portion of computer gaming history - as well as providing a chance for the "new generation" of computer users to experience what computer gaming was like "way back then".
